This comfortable condo is located in the Beach Walker Villas inside the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! You will be only minutes away from the beach and community outdoor pool and surrounded by beautiful walking and biking trails. The living area and primary bedroom have TVs and the balcony overlooks a lush canopy landscape. Enjoy the close proximity to the shops and restaurants located on the Omni Plantation and lots of fun activities throughout the island. Things to Know Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks. There are stairs leading to the front door of this condo. There is no elevator access. There is cable in the living room and primary bedroom. Streaming is only available in the second bedroom. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Also, the showers have extendable hoses which is great. Fully equipped kitchen and beach stuff. It's right on the Omni resort so restaurants are in walking distance as is the beach (5 minutes). Pool was lovely. There were not many people and it was a great time with my family. The only thing is that there isn't instructions on how to use the thermostat. It froze, but the agency was very responsive. It can be adjusted on the right side with a little strip on the white part. It's auto heating up to 76 degrees or more in the afternoon. That being said, Amelia rentals helped make it right. They moved us to a larger rental. The downside is that the other rental was facing a construction site. Eventually they upgraded to a premium ocean front apartment, which was extremely nice. We did have a great stay as the apartments were very clean and cared for. We lost half a day “entertaining” the insurance adjuster and ServPro who set up two huge dehumidifiers and 5 fans that sounded like an airport. Our family of 5 fit in perfectly. It was only a short walk to the beach and pool. The unit is in the 2nd floor with no beach views. (No elevator access that I saw) The pictures in the listing weren’t really clear on that. The flooring was really nice and it has a large front window that our dogs enjoyed looking out. AC worked great. My college son had homework, so the desk was a perfect extra that he liked. We had a couple maintenance issues with the showers. One included the master shower draining very slowly. If you didn’t take a quick shower the water would leak into the bathroom and part of the bedroom. This happened the 2nd day. I called it into the office and they were going to fix when we checked out. They only left one extra roll of toilet paper and for five adults and teens that wasn’t enough for 5 days. Other than those couple minor inconveniences I would rate 4.7 out of 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again. We rented a golf cart for duration of our trip and would highly recommend that. It was great for a family trip with the dogs to see much of the area, large homes, golf courses and Drummand Park. ##### Craig P.
