Welcome to 2054 Beach Wood Villa, a 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse-style condo on the south end of Amelia Island! Located in the Beach Wood complex on the ocean side of the Amelia Island Plantation, it is only a 5-minute walk to the seashore! Spacious and tastefully furnished, it's a breath of fresh air with many highlights, including an updated, stylish kitchen, large patio perfect for hosting (featuring a chiminea for the cooler nights), a view of the lake, a newly renovated second full bathroom (not currently pictured), and a massive main suite with an airy sitting space and private balcony. Enjoy lots of time in the complex pool that is very private and quiet when not lounging on the picture-perfect beach. This villa is truly the ideal location for a relaxing getaway! For those active visitors seeking adventure, the biking/walking trails on the resort are top notch! Approximately seven miles of trails will take you to some of the resort's points of interest, such as Aury Island, Drummond Point Park and Walker's Landing. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Miniature golf and the nature center are a short walk away. Golf is also available within the AIP at Little Sandy, as well as multiple other great courses on the island. Tee times can be scheduled online. At the shopping village, bike and golf carts can be rented to explore the larger community. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach is a 20-minute drive north on the island and has fantastic restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Driving south on A1A will take you to the Talbot Islands, beautiful nature preserves known for gentle hiking and excellent birding opportunities. As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! The unit was as described- great central location , walkable to beach, shops and restaurants.Beach chairs were provided but a umbrella would have been nice. Bed is starting to feel it’s age. This property had everything we wanted and more. Steps to beach access and awesome bike/walking trails. We brought our bikes and the property had a bike rack at the front door. Everything you’ll need including beach chairs and beach towels. The Omni location with gated entry was so pretty and safe. Great shops on the property and even fishing right out your back door! The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated and convenient to everything. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating outside on the huge patio with a beautiful view of the pond. The listing was spot on as to what we found when we checked in. Excellent property, great location. The condo was well supplied and beautifully furnished and the beds are outstanding! I got a kick out of the blender :) and we gave it a BIG workout. We spent a lot of our time on the patio with cocktails enjoying the fantastic weather. It was our first time to Amelia Island and we had a blast! I would recommend to any and all. Our only suggestion would be to add a TV to the second bedroom. ##### Blake S.
