Guests will have full, private access to the entire single-level home, offering plenty of space for families and groups to relax and feel at home. The home features a comfortable primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a full bed, and a dedicated office with a Murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The living room also includes a giant, ultra-comfortable sectional sofa that can accommodate another guest by placing the ottoman in the center to create a spacious sleeping area.



Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced private backyard, where you'll find a fire pit, hammock, and comfortable outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or letting little ones play with added peace of mind.



During your stay, you'll also have access to the community amenities, including a swimming pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, volleyball, and more, offering plenty of ways to stay active and have fun.



Free parking is available on the property for your convenience. With its single-level layout, the home is designed to be comfortable, accessible, and welcoming for guests of all ages, including families traveling with infants and young children.

Getting around the Ponte Vedra area is most convenient by car, and we provide free parking on the premises for your vehicle. The home is located approximately forty minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, making it a straightforward drive for those flying in. While public transportation options are limited in this residential community, the local area is highly walkable and bike friendly, with extensive trail systems connecting you to neighborhood amenities. Major coastal attractions and shopping districts are easily accessible via a short drive from the property.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note that check in time is from 4:00 and check out time is by 10 00. Our home is strictly a non smoking property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting any events or parties during your stay. We do allow pets on the premises. A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will be incurred to cover repair or cleaning costs. Free parking is available for your convenience on the property. As we are located in a residential community, we appreciate your help in keeping the neighborhood quiet and peaceful.
