The facilities were very nice, the pool was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. This is an older property, which is the norm for Amelia Island. The mattresses were in need of an upgrade and the dryer needed about 3 cycles to be effective. We would definitely stay here again though! Things age, I know this well:)) ##### Shannon H. It was very quiet. However, it was not clean to our standards. They check.in manager was not welcoming/friendly. We had to purchase new pillows due to nasty stains.The bathrooms were dirty at check-in. Housekeeping was called back in to clean up bathrooms. The reason they gave us was that previous renters had been there for 4 months and they didn’t have time. The condo is partially renovated. The kitchen has older appliances and the washer and dryer are old with rust stains. To dry your clothes you have to put water in a container and hook the dryer hose to it.
