This was our first visit to the area and it won’t be our last. Although there is a little walk (5-6 mins) to the beach, this condo is perfectly located. It sits in the back corner close to the pool and tennis courts. The condo was very clean and was very spacious for the 2 adults and 3 teenagers we had in it all week. Our hosts were gracious throughout the entire rental process and were never more than a text away. I would highly recommend the condo and area to anyone looking for a relaxing, less congested vacation spot. Fernandina Beach just may be Paradise!!! ##### Shawn W. Cons: The condo complex overall is outdated and in need of many repairs. Being on the bottom floor is easily accessible; however we were kept awake many nights with noise above us. We had multiple bugs in the unit. The bathtubs would not work to stop the water, this made trying to give a young child a bath extremely hard. The primary bathroom seems to have poor ventilation. It constantly smelled musty and the shower liner has mold all around the bottom. ##### Lauren F.
