"The parking is tough. Unless you pay $25 per day for valet parking, you will have to find a spot on the street, if you can. The room was not cleaned, nor were we given clean towels or have our bed made for the 4 days we were there. We complained we needed towels and finally someone delivered them to our room. The location is good for walking to restaurants/bars."

"Absolute misrepresentation of what the pictures look like or the acclaimed 4-Star hotel classification. The entire property is old and could use a total renovation (particularly the scary-old elevators). Rooms are tiny and look so old as well. The restroom sink is outdated in size and style (a tiny flat surface sink with a wooden bottom stand with doors) and also had a bad smell. The television is probably the most annoying mess of the lot (perhaps the last straw that triggered this review) - a completely outdated TV from the 90s that has no semblance of modernity and you would find better quality televisions laying on the streets than the ones in the rooms. TIP: If you keep such TVs, add a channel booklet to help guests find channels. Other ridiculous takeaways: 1. Charging $100/day incidental deposit 2. $22/day self-parking 3. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms "
