The place has some apparent wear and tear and could use some repairs and would benefit from nicer furnishings, given the nightly rate. Unfortunately, the price tag is simply to be expected when visiting Jackson! I noticed some remains of previous or current repairs, (poor paint jobs and tape around appliances) so it looks like property management is thinking about it, at least :) ! The best part about this place is the location, and that was a priority for us on this trip. We walked everywhere and loved it. Definitely recommend booking here simply for the location. The bed was comfortable, the welcome gift of local coffee and donuts were delicious and an excellent touch. The apartment was generally clean. ##### Annamarie J.
