Trying to get them to fix the mistake took on a new meaning. A simple phone call should of handled it...but that was not the case. I wish the property had included more extra linens and blankets for the pull out sofa bed that we needed to use. Also, the kitchen could use more quality items for cooking. The spatula didn't even have a handle. Definitely needs an update to these kitchen items for the price you pay to rent the unit. Having the access to the elevator was great. The unit has 2 washing machine/dryer units that allowed us to do laundry during our 2-week trip out west. The view from the condo is amazing as it overlooks the town of Jackson and the Elk Refuge. Working with the Outpost folks was seamless and easy. A couple of things could have made the experience awesome instead of just great. First, the beds are very hard and the pillows need to be replaced. Also the towels need to be upgraded. and Third, better instructions for operating the tv's in the unit.
