Cozy Apartment Overlooking Mount Washington in Rural Country Setting

Welcome to Jackson, New Hampshire. Our cozy two bedroom stand alone Carriage House apartment overlooks Mount Washington and the western peaks and is directly across the road from the Tin Mountain Conservation Center on Tin Mine Road. The apartment has been totally remodeled with new hardwood floors, kitchen, bathroom, living room and deck. The apartment also includes TV and WIFI. Within five minutes of the apartment, you will find the Wild & Scenic Wildcat River and some of the finest restaurants in Mount Washington Valley. Some of New Hampshire's best winter and summer attractions are within a short 15 minute ride of this lovely tranquil location. If you're a couple or a single person looking for peace, hiking, shopping and a touch of New Hampshire mountain life, you have found the perfect location for a relaxing stay. Winter visitors are recommended to have an AWD or 4WD vehicle. Hope to see you soon!

July 4th weekend in Jackson

We arrived Thursday afternoon and Frank was in the driveway ready to welcome us and show us around the apartment. Vey cozy accommodations above the garage. Living area, dining area and kitchen were perfect for for the two of us. The two bedrooms were spacious and the bathroom was small but perfect. The back deck was great for enjoying our coffee in the AM and our wine in the PM. Jane and Frank were perfect hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

This cute little apartment is well-maintained, clean, quiet and comfortable - everything I look for when choosing a place to stay. I love that it's very close to skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Frank and Jane are wonderful hosts, and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

A perfect Thanksgiving holiday getaway

This was a return trip for us to this cozy, well kept apartment. It's in a very peaceful location, away from the busy North Conway, but close enough for a quick drive to all of the restaurants and shops. It snowed on Thanksgiving, and the next day we were able to walk right across the street and snowshoe on Tin Mountain, a beautiful network of trails. The very friendly owners made sure we were shoveled and plowed out. This is by far, our favorite vrbo. We can't wait to return again.

Perfect. Great location for exploring New Hampshire.

Perfect size for 2 people. Loved being upstairs felt like a treehouse. Great location for hiking, COG, flume gorge & shopping in Conway. Check out the town too. Wonderful covered bridge & Jackson falls was a nice little close surprise as well.

We had a great stay in this Cozy Cottage. The stairs did take us by surprise, but didn’t stop us! They are very narrow and steep. The owners are very near and very helpful and easy to communicate with. Our big disappointment was no bears or moose sighted. 😉

Frank and Jane’s place is the perfect get away for a vacation in the mountains. The house provides a quiet private experience in a beautiful setting. Loved the flowers in the garden! It’s also close to all the fun things to do in the White Mountains! Frank and Jane are wonderful hosts and certainly made us feel welcome in New Hampshire! I would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely home!

This place was very quiet, private, and with modern amenities. We used everything in the kitchen for our meals, and slept well in the bed. The deck was private, bug-free, a great happy hour spot. Easy access to Jackson village and surrounding outdoor recreation. Ample parking, friendly hosts.

Another Wonderful Stay!

This was our second long term winter stay at Jane and Frank's cozy apartment. Jane and Frank are wonderful hosts. They are just a text or phone call away if you need anything. The apartment is close enough to everything you may want to do yet in a quiet and private setting. It is very clean and has everything you need for a short or extened stay. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect getaway!

This was a cozy apartment close to hikes, restaurants, and other amenities. The apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We hiked various mountains in the area, played golf at the Wentworth Golf Club, and canoed on the Saco River. All very enjoyable.

Quiet Winter Get Away

My husband and I stayed at Frank and Jane's secluded apartment for an extended winter experience. We couldn't have made a better choice! Frank and Jane were kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The apartment was immaculate, well appointed, warm and very comfortable for two. There is a beautiful view of Mt Washington from the living room. Also, it is across the street from Tin Mine Conservation area where there are beautiful trails to walk or snowshoe. There are unlimited winter or summer activities and restaurants within minutes. If you would like a relaxing quiet place to stay look no further!

A terrific gem in the White Mountains

This is a really nicely furnished two bedroom apartment sitting on a beautiful property. As a bonus, it has a great deck looking out toward Mount Washington. There is easy access to all the mountains have to offer as well as to town. The hosts are super nice and helpful. High recommend it.

Cozy gatweay to White Mountains

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Jane and Frank's working remotely and taking time to explore the White Mountains. The apartment is set up with all the basic necessities we needed and was extremely clean and well-organized. Jane and Frank were excellent communicators and were around to help with any questions we had. Their place is a quick drive - or short walk - from great restaurants, shops, and plenty of nature. I would absolutely return!
