No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. You'll enjoy sunsets over the Tetons and wildlife watching from the private deck of this condo. Upon entering this second floor end unit, you'll find a living room featuring a love seat and full size couch with pull out queen bed, wood fireplace and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room, you'll step into a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There's a twin bedroom, as well as a full bath and laundry room on the main floor. Upstairs you'll find a Queen bedroom with an adjacent second bathroom with shower, and a single twin bed in the loft. \*\*Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. The Aspens is a charming location that provides the perfect staging point for your Jackson Hole adventure. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. This property does not have a private hot tub. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation.
