Loft: Queen Sofa Sleeper Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. Enjoy this bright, recently upgraded, Teton-style townhouse with contemporary furnishings and high-end touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. The king master bedroom is located on the ground floor. It includes an ensuite 3/4 bath and a private deck with mountain views. There is also a bunkroom with a captain's bunk (full sized bed on bottom, twin bed on top) and an adjacent 3/4 bath on this level. The colorful second floor living area offers a wood-burning fireplace with high ceilings and lots of light from the sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with views of the mountains. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with updated granite countertops, and a dining area which seats 8 comfortably. There is a large queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath on this middle level. Head up to the third floor and you'll find a spacious loft with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV, perfect for a family group to spread out in. Ski Storage Closet \*\*Please note that this property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please contact Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Location is good and away from the traffic and mass of people in Jackson Hole. We found ourselves being a bit disappointed in the very dated interior if the residence. We we're greeted by a very rude lady who resided next door while unloading. She wanted to make sure we knew everything we couldn't do. Once we asked her to settle down and go back inside things went fine. Floors weren't very clean nor appliances wiped of dust. We went ahead and cleaned things up and proceeded with our stay. Enjoyed the single Moose and Foxes in the neighborhood. The management team was outstanding with everything from initial reservations all the way to checkout. The condo was clean and worked great for our family of seven. Our one mistake is not realizing how cool Wilson was until we were leaving and drove through it on the way to Idaho. ##### Dillon W.
