Parking is available for two cars. No trailers, campers, or RVs are permitted. Please be advised: no electric cars may be plugged into the parking lot outlets at any Aspens condo. Guests will enjoy some of the best mountain views available in the Cove area of the Aspens. This colorful, beautifully decorated single level property offers a wonderful combination of comfort and luxury. The property boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings and large windows in the dining and living spaces the offer fabulous unobstructed Teton views. In the summer, relax on the large back deck bordering expansive open space The deck offers the same incredible views as the living room and kitchen as well as an electric BBQ grill. In the winter, warm up in front of the stone, wood burning fireplace or relax in front of the large flat screen TV in the living room after a day on the slopes. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and granite counter tops that connects to the dining room with seating for 8. The three bedrooms are located on this main level as well. The king master bedroom features a sliding glass door leading to a private patio with spectacular views and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed as well as a loft with bedding for 2 children. The loft is accessible by a lodgepole ladder in the bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds which are convertible to a king for a fee. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen TV. The king bedroom with the loft and the bedroom with 2 twins share a bath in the hall that also houses a washer and dryer. The Greyling building is located on Pond Drive. Cross over the bridge and you enter a quiet and peaceful location in the Aspens known as the Cove. \*\*This property does not have air conditioning. For more information, please click here. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. Nestled under the rising peaks of the Tetons Range, the area boasts convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. This quaint, wooded neighborhood features a well-stocked market and wine store, coffee shop and gift shop all within walking distance to your property as well as restaurant options for discerning diners and casual food enthusiasts alike. Public transportation (Start Bus) is available into the Town of Jackson and Teton Village for a nominal fee. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. The problem we had is that the dishwasher didn't work the entire time we stayed there so I washed dishes by hand for 6 people. The dryer didn't work and barely dried the clothing. The maintenance man tried to fix it before we left but too many nights had passed. I hung wet clothing in the closet and directed a fan on them. And some of the outlets didn't work. The property manager said they did not believe me that the dryer and the outlets didn't work. So much room for our family and by far the most comfortable bedding and pillows we had during our trip. Cool vibe with artwork throughout and gorgeous views. Very comfortable condo with ample space for the 4 of us. The kitchen is well equipped, and we took advantage of the convenience by cooking in each night. The views of the open space directly behind the complex are spectacular! We saw over the course of our stay many Elk visits, some geese and lovely small colorful birds. It was 3 BR, but there is also a loft with 2 twin beds (which my kids thought was amazing). The check-in process was easy. The views from the back porch are fantastic! I enjoyed just sitting there and reading a book. The location is perfect for Jackson Hole if you are going to ski. We were there in the summer, so we spent more time in Grand Tetons and Jackson. Kitchen was stocked, would recommend adding sugar for coffee. The coffee you left for us was fantastic. Would also recommend getting a new mattress for bed on bottom of loft, I think kids might have been jumping off loft into bed??? Also recommend a more comfortable couch and chairs in living room. Wow! The house was nice with plenty of room for our group of 7\. My only complaint would be that there is only seating for about 5 in the living room comfortably. There is plenty of seating however at the dining table though. The loft is a little tricky to navigate. The ladder is very steep & made me nervous for anyone to have to go up & down repeatedly so we used an air mattress instead. The property is at the back of the Aspens neighborhood which is just lovely. There were cows in a field behind the property & one day we were fortunate enough to see a cattle drive. We also saw a mule deer & a couple of days we saw hot air balloons. The mountain views are awesome! We had an issue with the clothes dryer & a maintenance man was out within the hour. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ##### Kim R.
