Now with Air Conditioning in upper floor bedrooms and middle living level. \*\*LIMITED PARKING FOR 1 VEHICLE ONLY- PLAN AHEAD. This Wind River townhome offers 2,500 square feet of tastefully decorated living space on three levels. The lower level contains 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private bath. The second has an oversized whirlpool spa in the ensuite bath. There is also a convenient laundry area in the entry hall for all your outdoor gear. The middle level features an open floor plan for the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy Teton Valley views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that open onto a large deck, perfect for fair weather dining. Upstairs on the third level, you will find two additional bedrooms and baths, one of which is the master king bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a partial loft, open to the living room, with twin beds. These twins can be converted to a king bed for a fee. These two bedrooms now have air conditioning. Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended. WINTER GUESTS: Please note-- Firewood is no longer provided for the Wind River units. RMR will supply two compressed Fire Logs for your arrival. Additional firewood bundles are available for purchase by contacting Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. Guests staying here will enjoy complimentary use (seasonal) of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with its outdoor pool and hot tubs located just a short walk from their accommodations. In Winter, guests staying in the Wind Rivers are within convenient walking distance to the Moose Creek access lift or have use of the complimentary skier shuttle to the base of Teton Village. The shuttle runs 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. so it's perfect for accessing the base of Teton Village where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing. Guests can ski home via the Way Home Ski trail to the base of the Moose Creek lift at the end of the day or they can ski down to the base of Teton Village and take the shuttle back to the condo. \*\*Upon booking, a digital contract is required to be signed within 48 hours. This will be emailed to you. Your booking is not finalized until this is signed and received. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer! A variety of restaurants with delicious menus will satiate your well-earned hunger after a day spent outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This route often rewards with up-close sightings of bears with cubs, moose, elk, deer, foxes, beavers, osprey, red-tailed hawks, and more. In summer, you're within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding the “Big Red” tram to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet's Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles. For a change of pace, take a short 15 minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans. Our condo was in a quiet neighborhood of condos and private homes. It was an easy walk to the village for hiking, shopping, dining and mountain activities, and a connecting hike or short drive to Grand Teton National Park. Condo was comfortable, very, very clean, spacious and well stocked. Beds were cozy and comfortable and every room had a full private bathroom. Extra points to RMR for providing generous dishwasher and laundry pods, kitchen and bathroom paper goods and a well stocked kitchen! Office staff was available and easy to reach and very responsive. My only suggestion: upgrade the leather sofa. Arms are worn, and faux leather arm slipcovers don't stay put are an annoyance. Our vacation was an A and we give an "A" rating to Rendezous Mountain Resorts for customer service, truth in advertising and for a very comfortable stay. ##### Carol C. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location in Teton Village right next to Grand Teton National Park was very convenient. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms were nice for adult siblings and their wives. We only used three of the bedrooms. Be advised that the second bedroom on the top floor is not totally private, but we did not need that bedroom for our party of six adult relatives. Ideal for skiing or exploring Grand Tetons NP. Unfortunately someone in our group had an injury during our stay, and the management was very helpful in supporting us while we figured out if our plans needed to change or not. Well stocked- it even had spices and Tupperware! Just 50 minutes to the moose entrance of the Tetons. But it doesn’t feel like 50 minutes because of the views. Spacious, comfortable and vintage vibes. Everyone had their own bathroom which was great! It even had humidifiers for that dry air. Definitely would stay again ##### Eunice T. The space was exactly as promised, directions were excellent, and the property was wonderfully clean and well appointed. Our issue was with RMR and their assurances about parking a second car. When we booked we were told that there was additional parking on the Teton property, which is not the case. Prior to arrival we knew that parking would be off site but were assured (twice, by Krystyna via text) that we could park in the Stilson lot, which is also untrue. Had we known that we'd need to shuttle into Jackson daily we wouldn't have booked in Teton Village. Despite this, however, we had a wonderful vacation. ##### Joanne L. We didn’t realize only one car could park at the property though and all the other cars in our party had to park in a lot about 7 miles away. It made touring a little more difficult because we had to drop people off at their cars and then head the opposite direction, but it’s doable! We also were given the wrong code in the check-in text, so we had to call management before we could enter the condo. They were very quick with their response though and it only delayed check in a few minutes! Overall, the location is amazing.. close to Grand Teton NP and Jackson Hole Square! And it worked for our purpose of visiting the area with a group of friends! ##### Kendra S.
