Studio-Sized condo in Teton Village Bedding for 2: Queen Bed. Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room \*Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 persons. Parking for 1 vehicle. Location, location, location! Within easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Teton Village as well as the Tram and Gondolas. This cozy, ground floor condo offers a small queen bedroom with TV and a surround cupboard for storage plus a full attached bath. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a granite top breakfast bar. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, TV, a small dining table and additional clothing storage dresser. A community washer/dryer is available in the building. You need to walk pass unit #2 and to the right there is a closet door with a keypad that requires a code to enter in. These properties have a small wood stove making them very cozy. Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply. While identical in size and floor plan, each La Choumine condominium has it's own unique character. Guests staying here enjoy complimentary use of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi located just a short walk from their accommodations. \*\*Please Note: Condo and building premises are now smoke-free. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier's paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets' Couloir, has long been known for its' steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn't end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. It is a tiny condo but had everything we needed. My son slept on the pull out couch and I slept in the bed. Both of us were comfortable. Easy check in/ out. I'd say 7-10 walk to lift and the last day we had coffee watching moose outside our window that I'll never forget.The bedroom is tiny and the bed could use an upgrade but I stell slept fairly well after a long day of skiing.Kitchen had everything if you plan to cook meals. Outstanding maintenance of property ... extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had one small glitch with our TV ... called host and a tech was on-site within 20 minutes and fixed the problem—beautiful surroundings with deco and flowers.
