Studio-Sized Condo in Teton Village. Bedding for 2: Queen Bed. Queen Sofa Sleeper in Living Room\* \*Maximum occupancy is limited to 2 persons. Parking for 1 vehicle. This cozy, second floor condo offers a small queen bedroom with TV and a surround cupboard for storage plus a full attached bath. You'll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a granite top breakfast bar. The living room includes a queen sofa sleeper, TV, a small dining table and additional clothing storage dresser. A community washer/dryer is available in the building. You need to walk pass unit #2 and to the right there is a closet door with a keypad that requires a code to enter in. These properties have a small wood stove making them very cozy. Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply. The La Choumine building is a great location within a short walk to the ski slopes and all Teton Village has to offer. This unique location features unrivaled access to all of the best that Jackson Hole has to offer. During the winter months Teton Village features the best skiing in North America. This skier's paradise, which boasts legendary runs like Corbets' Couloir, has long been known for its' steep terrain and abundant snowfall and was once widely considered a playground for only the most hard charging skiers and dedicated adventurers. However, in recent decades it has been transformed. With expanded intermediate and beginner terrain and multiple new high speed lifts, the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort has evolved to meet the needs of skiers of all abilities. In addition to new terrain “The Village,” as it is affectionately known, plays host to a diverse selection of shops, restaurants and bars guaranteed to meet the needs of all visitors. The appeal of this fantastic location doesn't end when the snow stops falling. As the angle of the sun increases and the temperatures warm skis are swapped for mountain bikes and the lifts still provide access to the same incredible terrain. Guests can ride the aerial tram for the Teton views or for access to the expansive Bridger-Teton National Forest, enjoy music during the summer concert series or go for a horse-back ride amongst the wildflowers. This location truly has it all. Public transportation is available for the short trip to historic downtown Jackson. Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. This property was the perfect size for the two of us who were staying here. We were gone most of the day (you don’t visit a place like Jackson Hole to stay inside all day), but the condo was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. Most of our meals were prepared at the condo. We had evening we needed to cook what we had. The towels and toiletries provided were great- thick towels and plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided. It got a little warm at times, but we were able to cool down with the fan provided and just opened the windows. Super easy check in and check out process that was very convenient. I would give it a ten rating on everything but they will have to do something about the birds flying into the windows all hour of the day and night..keeping you up and waking you up. Its crazy. The birds slam into the glass window. They need to put something on the windows to stop them from slamming in the window. Its harmful to the birds and very annoying to the guests. The unit was tucked away and nice and quiet, however close enought to comfortably walk to all the restaurants and shopping in Teton Village. We visited GTNP, Yellowstone, and the National Park and had a blast. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make simple breakfasts and snakcs for the day. The condo was perfect for just my husband and I. We definitely will return to Rendezvous and this area when we are ready to Visit GTNP again! ##### C H. The village has options to eat which were good. Pillows and bed were comfortable! The place was clean and well stocked. I deducted a star because we had to open all the windows and run all fans not to burn up at night. If it were summer this would not be doable. Also, rat poison was in multiple locations on the floor. We had no children but I’d we had there definitely would have been a hazard. Overall it was a good stay but I feel future renters should be advised of the above. ##### Leia W. Barroom was great, nice towels very good water pressure and hot water! Living room was comfortable. the bad- lighting was poor in dining area, felt like we were eating in the dark. Large lamp would t work and there is no light over the small dining table. Two of the three switches on the wall by the door didn’t do anything that I could figure out. Bedroom was tight and the “fold down” night stands were broken off so I had to place my water and phone charging in the floor. Entire place, minus the kitchen just seems a little cramped for my taste. Big heavy coffee table took up a lot of space and I felt I had to “square dance” around the chairs and tables packed in to the space. Be prepared to “kiss” any one of the walls around the bed as you sleep or try to get up and make your way to the bathroom. Lastly, since there is no AC and you have to open windows, all the close proximity of the people below and the people walking down the street could be heard all hours, early and late so be prepared for that. I guess if you’re traveling in winter for ski trip and you keep all the windows shut that’s not an issue. Even with windows open, there was no air flow and the place seemed to stay a bit warm.
