This may include video doorbells or mounted exterior cameras.\* This modern lodge offers 4500 square feet of luxury in the exclusive neighborhood of Granite Ridge at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Featuring post and beam architecture with white oak floors in the main living space, and unique custom furnishings throughout; this recently renovated home boasts spacious, clean, contemporary aesthetic. The living room features a large rock wood-burning fireplace, wet bar and entertainment center. Dramatic mountain views can be enjoyed from the many patios and decks throughout the house. Walk out to a private hot tub and outdoor dining area on the main floor. The interior open floor plan includes a dining room with seating 10, and a large gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 5\. The chef in your group will appreciate the Thermador® 6-burner gas range, marble countertops and custom cabinetry with a large island and a second sink, a combination microwave/oven, and an oversize Sub Zero® refrigerator. The powder room is conveniently located adjacent to the living room. There is king bedroom that features an ensuite bath and two large walk-in closets on this level as well. At the top of the entry stairway, on the third floor, you'll find an family room space complete with a leather sectional Queen sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and a built-in work space and desk. Beyond the study is the king master suite. This beautiful bedroom offers beamed cathedral ceilings, a large walk-in closet and a gas burning fireplace with a private deck facing the mountains. A spacious ensuite bath contains a double sink vanity, large walk-in shower with an oversize bathtub, separate water closet and heated floors. There is also a junior suite, now with a king bed, with an attached full bath on this level. This bedroom enjoys a private deck overlooking the courtyard of the Granite Ridge development and Sleeping Indian Mountain. ​​​​​​​ The lower level of this property has a bedroom with 2 Captain's bunks(Twin over Double) and an en suite full bathroom as well as a dedicated walk-out patio. There is also a bonus room and en suite bathroom that also houses the laundry area. This room currently has a King size bed and Smart TV, however it is not approved for sleeping quarters until the install of an egress window in the of Spring 2025. Guests staying with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals receive up to $300 in ski and snowboard rental credit through Black Tie Skis—delivered to your door so you can avoid rental shop lines and have a hassle free ski trip! On the street level of this property, you'll find an attached garage with one parking space for guests use. We had two families of 5 (3 kids each) and this location was the perfect accommodation for all of us!! The boys all loved the bunk and media room downstairs. Each couple had a "master" feeling king size bedroom, which was amazing. The stream and hot tub out back were thoroughly enjoyed by all!! House was great for our family of 8 adults. The family room, diningroom, kitchen and bedrooms are a good size for all of us. Nice backyard with hottub, close to your neighbor. Only had a table for 4 outside. Kitchen well stocked, dining room could sit 10\. There is no air conditioning, with days in the 90's it took till the middle of the night for the house to cool down. 2 bedrooms don't have ceiling fans. For as large of a house it is the washer and dryer are very small. ##### Susan R. We had just as much fun relaxing here after our adventures as we did out enjoying the area. The windows across the back with the view of the trees was a favorite when we weren’t chilling on the back deck. A moose wondered up to the creek one morning for a drink. There were three generations of us. It was nice to have rooms on various levels so the little ones did not disturb the sleep of everyone else.
