Very Clean.The daughter, her husband and grandchildren had the downstairs. Plenty of room in the living room. The large dining table was perfect. 3 Full bathrooms and a half bath.Two bedrooms with king size beds.Very comfortable beds. Two refrigerators. The grandchildren loved the bunk room. The tram was great to get down to the dock. The driveway is steep. The suggestion of backing down to pull straight out is the best way. I had a large SUV and backed all the way down to the front door parking which is level. Back slowly. This made unloading and loading very easy. This is definitely a 5 star place to stay. The home is exactly as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need; comfortable beds, lots of kitchen equipment, 2 fridges and a chest freezer, games, and water activities (kayaking, canoe and a large lily pad. The high jump off the dock and lily pad was nonstop fun. No need to leave the house. The side walk and the dock is very nice. Tram was a nice benefit after a long afternoon in the water. The number of steep steps down to the lake required some planning to limit our trips for sure. Having such a well equipped boat house with plenty of room & activities (kayaking, swimming) & space for a pontoon & 2 jet skis was great! Previous stay had been over by Sugar Hallow Marina. Which is nice but I prefer this area, prettier and more coves to discover. The back deck and views are beautiful. My husband and I visited with our 4 children and had the best time. We have been to Lake Norris before and love the location of this house. Being less than 15 minutes from the Walmart was so helpful. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the dock and rented boats and could pull right up to dock to load. Would have loved to used the firepit but it was a little steep to get to to feel comfortable. In dark with kids. Scott did say he is redoing this fall.
