Relax at Windsor Cove Norris Lake - 7 BR, 4,700 Sq ft, 2 Story Dock, Fire Pit

Our Wonderful Log Cabin Lake House is spacious with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 baths at 4,700+ sq ft. It can sleep 26 in beds. However, there is plenty of additional floor space for air mattresses for additional guests. It also has a beautiful view of Norris Lake. There is a covered dock with a 2nd floor party deck above the dock. The property is a quick 15-20 minutes off of I75. It is located on Windsor Point in a "no wake cove" between Whitman Hollow and Sequoyah Marina. There is plenty of parking available. Up to 7-8 vehicles.

We stayed here over New Year’s with our family and had a great experience. The cabin was beautiful, and in a wonderful location, and it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the holidays. The layout worked very well for our family, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Great home for a large group.

Family trip. Cousins and friends. We are boaters . Beautiful house and a beautiful lake. The only negative Was the walk from the house to the dock. It’s a doozy. Other than that everything was great. Swimming at the dock and playing on the slide as a good time. We have already decided this is where we’re staying next year. Also enjoyed the Blackstone and the grill outside breakfast and dinner.

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. The location was good - we had folks from Delaware, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia, and Tennessee. Everyone drove except our sister from Delaware and flying into Knoxville was a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids and adults loved the slide and taking boat rides on beautiful Norris Lake. We took several day excursions to Knoxville, Brushy Mountain and Clinton. Shopping wasn't far away either. Great property!!!

Frahm Christmas Get Together

Overall the stay was good. There was a lot of trash in the trash can and some in the yard. The house is beautiful...enjoyed all the wood and there was plenty of room. The cousins all loved sleeping together in the bunk beds. The main complaint is the ovens. The main oven did not shut right or cook evenly so it took way longer than we expected. Also we were expecting a big pool table and there was not one. The host was quick to reply to any questions and we were able to get in early

Great location for a large family.

As a family of 24, we had plenty of space for the adults and ALL the kids (ages 1-15). The outdoor area is not really suitable for little kiddos, especially in the fall when it’s not warm enough for swimming, but there are plenty of state parks nearby to get their wiggles out. Highly recommend - we were very pleased with the space.

Big house, beautiful view

We had a large group including kids ranging from 3-18. The house is very large with lots of beds. The bunk room was amazing. Walk down to dock is much easier than other places I’ve stayed. All the kids were able to walk up and down on their own. House is stocked. You will want to bring towels, house has a very small supply for the amount of people it can hold. Owner is very communicative and was able to help us get in when I don’t think I was using key pad correctly. You get no service so make sure you read check in and have door code available.

Great family vacation

House has great space for large family gathering. It's a steep hike to get to the lake -- something to keep in mind for the elderly or if you have bad knees. Host is super responsive and answered all of my questions asap. Loved the ice maker! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great stay

Enjoyed the property except for the walk down to the lake. Should have been stairs. My mom and stepdad couldn’t make it down to enjoy the view. And it was a lack of necessities such as towels and tissue. But other than that we truly enjoyed the stay. Beautiful and mesmerizing.

We booked this property for spring break with our kids and grand kids. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedrooms for each family, and the kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped for a large group. The decks overlooking the water are amazing. We had a great stay.

Our family of 16 had a great time at Norris Lake. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was so nice, neighborhood was beautiful. We laughed so much, ate so much, played so much! Thanks for the memories we made.

Beautiful home

Very beautiful home but a lot of problems with the house. Down stairs plumbing stopped up, TV doesn't work most of the time and livingroom recliners dont work.. dust everywhere. It took us an hour and a half to get in the house because no one had phone service, most of the dishes we used we had to wash again. We loved our time together but we should not have not had to pay for housekeeping because they are not doing their job. You have a very beautiful home but you need new housekeepers.

Family Thanksgiving

We gathered in Jacksboro with my wife’s family to celebrate her dad’s 80th birthday and a get away Thanksgiving. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the house easily accommodated the 24 of us. The home is spacious, with plenty of living area. Multi level decks are a plus too! Beds were comfortable. It is well equipped for cooking, both in the kitchen and grills on the deck (2 large gas grills and a Blackstone griddle). Another plus is the ice maker in the lower level… this easily kept us with ice all weekend. All and all, we had a great time and stay. This said, I do need to note the general lack of cleanliness of the property and a few other easily fixable issues. Cleanliness was likely a result that it may have been a while since anyone was there. The exterior looked as if it hadn’t been touched for a long time. Maybe what made it so apparent was that the surrounding properties were very well maintained and manicured. The carpet in the property needed to be replaced years ago. There were light bulbs out all through the property, some bathrooms had 3 of 5 light bulbs burned out. Finally, the hot water heater isn’t large enough for the number of people that the property can accommodate. This place could easily be a 5 with some minor upkeep.
