7.6/10 Good! (1,003 reviews)
The main parking lot was closed due to repairs to the underground parking lot and you had to park across the street. When I got to my room, my key cards didn't open the door so I had to return to the front desk to get new ones programmed. Staff in the evening weren't very friendly and was agitated when I asked for a couple of trash bags. The hotel itself was okay but the pop machines on the 6th, 5th, 4th, and 3rd floors didn't work so I had to use the one in the Lobby. My next trip to Des Moines will not be at this hotel.
