« Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. « It"s s fraud hotel. Do not book rooms in this hotel. I booked 1 room for 5 days and paid the money online. Later I called the hotel and tried to cancel the booking so instead of cancelling the booking they asked me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel for refund. They received the response from the hotel that they will not refund my money. So this hotel has zero customer care . My advice to Expedia that they should blacklist this hotel. »
