The property offers convenient access by car and is situated directly by the seaside.
For waste disposal, you may use the public trash containers located outside on the street. If preferred, you can also leave any garbage inside the apartment, and our housekeeping team will remove it after check-out.
The unit is located on the 8th level of the building, and elevator access is available for your convenience.
As visible in the listing photos, air conditioning is not installed in every room. At the moment, AC service is provided only in the living area, while the bedroom unit is temporarily unavailable.
In some cases, the boiler pressure may decrease slightly and may need a simple adjustment. This process is quick and generally takes under a minute.
Please be aware that ID registration must be completed before arrival so we can finalize and verify your check-in securely. If this step is not completed in advance, it may lead to major inconveniences or affect your stay experience.
