Not all front desk staff are friendly and informative. English is very limited. Have to ask in different ways to get information. Restaurant staff are very giod and make you feel welcome. Breakfast and dinner are pretty good.

The hotel was very clean and quiet! It was hard to hear other people from their rooms which was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. The in-room onsen was so relaxing (and nice that you could add cold water to adjust the temperature to your liking) and the breakfast buffet was great! Our only complaint is that some amenities were unavailable and the air conditioner only goes down to 20 degrees C, just cool enough to be able to sleep at night. We’d be happy to come back again.

The private onsen in our room was well designed and so wonderful to have. Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Wonderful Japanese style buffet breakfast was included for us. We loved this hotel.

Great place to rejuvenate.

We enjoyed the stay at Laforet Ito. We booked a room with private bath and the experience was great. The dinner and breakfast were impressive. We could tell that the hotel and chefs put in lots of effort to ensure that the guests are well fed. Overall, I think this is a great hotel for a vacation.
