I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not...

"The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing! We were on a mid level floor (9th floor). Mid level and high level rooms have all been remodeled and are really nice!!! Staff was amazing! Special thanks to Ofir for helping us to feel welcome, for making check-in and check-out extra smooth, and for helping out when I lost a dental retainer! Fabian and others were also great! "
