House is stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cold AC. Boat ramp in the back yard is extremely convenient. Few miles from the bait shops and restaurants. The flat just south of the inlet had numerous bonefish on it at low tide. Tarpon under the first bridge to the south. Neighborhood was quite and everyone friendly. My dogs and wife were with me.
