I'm a traveler myself and I enjoy staying at nice and clean places. That's what I like to give back to my guests. This place is immaculate, the beds are super comfortable and the location within the complex is just perfect, offering the best view of the green areas, swimming pool and the beach. Lots of adventures wait for you and your loved ones in this little piece of heaven on earth. Features: • Fully Air Conditioned Studio • 2 Queen Size Beds with Bassett Dream Maker Pillow Top Mattress covered with 600 tread count Hotel Collection bed sheets (Always freshly laundered and sanitized) • Fully functional kitchen. • 50” High Definition Plasma TV with “Netflix” (unlimited TV shows and movies) • High speed internet with Wifi connection • Large Bathroom with large shower” • All Bathroom supplies included • Beach Towels • Fully furnished Beach Front Terrace: 2 Swings, Dinning Set, Sofa Set and Exterior Bed. This area have little traffic, it is quiet and safe. There are people from the US living in the community and most of the residents of this area speak fluent English. There are restaurants and bars on a walking distance to property. For anything else we recommend a rental car. This is a small Island and it is easy to get around. On the other hand, if you plan to stay for a week or more, there is no real dedicated space to put your things so you can't unpack your luggage or put your grocery if you make one.The outside table that you see on the pictures is no longer there just the 4 chairs so you have to eat sitting on 2 stools and eat on a small piece of furniture next to the refrigerator. If there is 4 persons in the unit I'mnot sure were the other 2 are supposed to eat. So we had to leave our luggage open on the second bed and grab our clothes from there.So plan a 3 days stay for 2 persons and eat out for the most part and you wiil be OK ##### Alain R. Loft was very clean. I know living in the island is hard to keep insects out but Waleska has done a great job going that.Very quiet area. Was able to do some work on the computer without being disturbed. Beautiful view of both pool and beach,even when you look to the right from the terrace you can see Playa Jobo! Only downfall if there is one,is that you can’t swim on that beach or should I say you shouldn’t, but it’s a great place to lounge around and catch the sunrise/Sunset. But be aware it is on the 3rd floor so wouldDefinitely have to go up a few flight of stairs. Would not recommend if you have trouble walking.We didn’t get in the pool but looked really clean. The television doesn’t have cable in order to see local programs, news, etc. but had some working apps like Netflix. The outdoor terrace sofa furniture was dirty and full of water which made it nonfunctional and couldn’t be used. The swings shown I was informed by the owner that it had safety issues so wasn’t useful and we couldn’t use at all. Closets weren’t available except for a metal wire stand in the bathroom. The one time that I tried the wifi for the iPad it didn’t work and informed that no internet connection was available. Which I didn’t try again as my phone had internet connection from my server. ##### Nelida M. Séjour de 7 nuits en janvier 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### HENRY C. 19 janv. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Very Pleased The giant patio was a great place to see the waves crash every morning while drinking our coffee and again while winding down for the evening.The room had everything we needed, allowing us to cook a couple of meals when we didn't go out to eat.The beach is nice for strolls on the sand but don't expect to go into the water, the beach is riddled with lava rocks.You can take a drive to Jobo beach (less that a mile) or walk there via the beach line. Though, we mostly went to the beaches I went to as a child: the Crash Boat and Borincan beach, both are about 15 mins away.It was a great getaway and we would rent this place again! ##### HENRY C. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. We were able to cook basic meals in the apartment and loved the balcony area for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. I met the host once or twice in the parking lot and she introduced herself and was very nice. The internet was high quality and having an assigned parking spot was nice. The apartment itself is well-appointed and quite beautiful. The AC is effective. The gate staff were kind and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this place and intend to return next fall for another surf junket. ##### Clinton F.
