For exploring the area and nearby attractions, we recommend renting a car, as it’s the easiest way to discover all the natural wonders, beaches, and hidden spots around Isabela and beyond. Puerto Rico is a small island, so getting around is easy and every drive offers scenic coastal views. Getting Around: There is no public transportation in this area, so we recommend renting a car for the best experience. Driving around Isabela and the northwest coast is easy, with well-marked roads and all major attractions available on GPS or Google Maps. Parking is free and convenient both at the property and most nearby beaches and restaurants. Interaction with Guests: I’m always committed to offering the best vacation rental experience to my guests. Each unit is carefully inspected twice before your arrival to ensure everything is in excellent condition. However, if anything needs attention during your stay, please contact us. Our on-site service hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays. The place was very clean. But the apartment lacked a lot of essentials, especially in the tiny kitchen. We sent a list to the landlord for the benefit of the next tenant but a short list was:1.no dish drainer which was essential since there was no dishwasher. We had to use towels to drain dishes2.no placemats...we used paper towels3\. no napkins......we bought and left some4\. very limited toilet paper and paper towels...we bought and left a lot.5\. no hand towels (maybe 2) and wash clothes ....we bought and left6\. the main issue was that the landlord only wrote what we shouldn't do, not what we could. He communicated only through text....I think sometimes its good to just pick up the phone but.....7\. It was a hugely important family reunion which did happen beautifully .8\. We are also landlords on Cape Cod and Lake Winnipesaukee.....both high end rentals. We think Arnaldo has a lot to learn..9\. the service from the people at VRBO were excellent buy they had to help with our questions and concerns more than anticipated. ##### Barbara B.
