"Breakfast was awesome. Staff was great. Mold in the window sills of our room. Check in was at 4:00pm but our room wasn't ready until 7:00pm due to the hotel letting people have a late check out that morning. They did comp our parking for the inconvenience, but we still had an exhausted 1 yr old ready for bed when we finally got to our room :( "

"The pool it is much smaller as it shows in the web site. Shallow depth and chlorine was quite stinging your eyes. Everything else was good."

"I would not recommend this property to anyone. When I turned the shower on in the morning the whole handle came off in my hand. It was completely stripped. Maintenance came to put a new handle on and it still would not work. The water continuously ran for over 35 minutes. I asked the front desk for another room to shower in before I left for work and was told nothing was available. I had to check out and go to work with unwashed hair and body. Terrible customer service The light switches as you walk in the door also did not work and our phones were dead from being out at a concert all evening. I had to hold the door open so the hall light could shine in u til my husband could find a light back by the bed that would work. "
