Agressive, unacceptable, unprofessional, and rude behavior from the girl at the front desk. I arrived with a reservation paid and confirmed and she told me that there were no rooms available and I needed to find another hotel at 10pm. Person checking in after me left as well because they didn't give them a room either. Avoid if you don't want to look for a hotel late at night after driving 6 hours.

This property is being kept up just like owner other properties expectations are high. Greeted when walked in an explained dates reserved. Explained breakfast times, fitness room hours with pool. Was asked about room needs for housekeeping. Everyone was pleasant. This weekend was busy for staff but they did the job with smiles.
