Location is very convenient. Around a minute away from the nearest train station. Convenience store is roughly a minute away too. With regards to amenities, it's satisfactory. The biggest disadvantage, however, is that the room for a solo traveler is small. The bathroom is alright but it's cramped. If you're a big or tall person, you're definitely going to have problems.
