We would like to invite you to our modern, spacious city center apartment.
The apartment is located on 3rd floor ( NO ELEVATOR ), so few stairs to fly in.
The 75 square meters give you all the space you need even for bigger group or all family or romantic stay.

There are 2 comfortable sofas in the living room, large dinning table, coffee table, smart TV.
Fully equipped, separate kitchen will give you option to prepare some meals or just enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee machine. For the comfort of your stay, you will find tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, bread, jams, butter, biscuit as the welcome pack.
The place has two spacious bedrooms, one with king size, comfortable bed and second with 2 single beds.
The bathroom is newly renovated and got an option of big tube or high pressure shower. We provide complimentary hair shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and shower gel also set of towels and hairdryer.

High speed fiber internet will give you opportunity to enjoy online entertainment or work without any hassle.

The public car park is only 2 minutes walk (Rose Street multistorey car park) , £9 per 24h. You can park in front of the apartment for 10 minutes to unload and load your car and stay for free between 6pm and 8am (loading bay -first come first served).
