Jul 31, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nice location but tired beds and other issues not being addressed Overall the place is well located, has all the space and amenities we need and presents well. Unfortunately a few things let the property down. There's a musty smell that we tracked to a never-cleaned air-conditioner filter, which we cleaned ourselves during our last stay in October, somewhat improving the issue. Nobody ever seems to clean these for some reason. The downstairs toilet seat is completely broken and the toilet brush badly needs replacing. Neither bathroom light works (was reported last October but still hasn't been addressed) and the bed mattresses are tired to the point where the springs reach full compression so that there's no cushioning and back/hip aches abound. ##### Rod S.
