You'll be able to easily walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The modern and chic decor of this home is sure to exceed all your expectations. This ground floor of this house boasts a spacious and welcoming entrance area. A bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on this level, providing comfortable accommodation. The double lock up garage offers secure parking for vehicles, as well as additional storage space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and features a butler's pantry for additional storage and preparation space.
