"We were given a superior room which was above the restaurant so there was a bit of noise until late evening and again early in the morning but apart from that the room was excellent,clean and plenty of space. Paid for the breakfast one of the two morning we were there and it wasn't great. Had to wait several times for items to be cooked and the overall selection was limited."

"A truly lovely experience. It's nice that a hotel chain takes staffing numbers and training so seriously. The staff were excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The food was also top notch and my fillet steak was one of the best I have ever had. Everything was very clean. The only slight annoyance was dogs in the restaurant. As I am allergic, I don't think that policy is particularly fair."
