In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. #4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! Jack's Place is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. Jack's Place features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal. This is a 2 BEDROOM unit with a queen size bed's the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa & all the linens you will need. 55” Smart TV, 100+Mbps WIFI . The bathroom has a FULL SIZE TUB/SHOWER HAIR DRYER, IRON & BOARD and a WASHER & DRYER to take care of your laundry needs. Having a full kitchen and laundry room is so convenient. Clean room and love the easy keyless access code. The price of the condo is a better deal than staying in town. The condo is very clean and the beds are very comfy. Pulling into the driveway is a bit challenging in the dark. The communication with the host was excellent and the place was exactly as advertised. It definitely got a little chilly outside but we were warm and cozy and comfortable in the rental unit.
