In our current times you will find reassuring we go to great lengths to make sure the place is cleaned properly and that on very frequent occasions between guests we perform a Ozone treatment on the place for that extra step to be safe and clean. Ozone is amazing, with the SARS virus scientist discovered that Ozone treatments kill 99.8% of Virus's. Also the entrance to the place is from outside NO inside hallways to walk down. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay. #4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options. Now that this is clear, let's get to the description of the place! Jack's Place is located in Interlochen right off US 31, the center point of activities in the Grand Traverse region. Jack's Place features a kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials such as MICROWAVE, POTS & PANS, COFFEE MAKER, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, TOASTER, BLENDER, SLOW COOKER and your basic kitchen items to cook a nice meal. They were very close, which was great!The only thing was that needs to be addressed is that the air conditioner dripped, which is nothing against the place, just more something the owners need to know about. It cooled the place just fine, just dripped water and went down the wall. We kept it mopped up with the towels, but maybe have it looked at.The place was VERY clean, which is the most important thing to us!! Well appointed with everything you would need and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!! ##### jomaxal P. We have stayed with him on many occasions and at many of his rentals. Jeff provides nothing less than the best experience possible, it's wonderful to be away and yet feel as if all your needs are being looked after. The communication with the host was excellent and the place was exactly as advertised. It definitely got a little chilly outside but we were warm and cozy and comfortable in the rental unit. The price of the condo is a better deal than staying in town. The condo is very clean and the beds are very comfy. Pulling into the driveway is a bit challenging in the dark.
