My main reason for choosing this property was its central location and the practical and functional appeal. In both regards, this apartment surpassed our expectations. It is tastefully decorated and it is very functional in every aspect; Moreover, it was squeaky clean and that matters. Next, the management and support from the host was commendable. I have stayed at many places in my vacations and I think this was the most detailed and helpful host. There was an issue with the washer (laundry) and host notified us timely but also offered to pick up our load of clothes, washed and dried, and dropped them off on our door. Located on upper floor with one other apartment below. Beds and bedding are comfortable, kitchen is well-stocked, and bathroom has ample counter space and fluffy towels. Outdoor deck space looked lovely although rainy weather prevented us from enjoying it this visit. Apartment is a quick walk (5 minutes) to Interlaken Ost train station, and even shorter to bus stops. There weren’t any surprises. The property manager was very helpful and available on WhatsApp when needed. There was some confusion on my part regarding checkout time and the team happily accommodated to extend the checkout time by an hour. Nitpick: My only ask is that there are more coffee pods provided.
