Pros: 1. Right at the heart of Interlaken. 2. Folks at the counter were very helpful specifically in day to day itinerary. 3. Room was pretty spacious with a balcony Cons: 1. Breakfast had very little options and was the same daily. Pancakes, Waffles, Omelets were never provided 2. Laundry was not being available in our room was very painful. 3. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We had 2 senior citizens and 3 adults in the room and all of them were having back pains for a while in the morning.

The location for this property is great and very central in Interlaken. Restaurants and transportation are within short walking distance. The staff is very friendly and responsive. I wish the rooms were a little cleaner however. The floors were a bit sticky and the bathroom showers showed a little bit of mold and a breakdown in the grouts.

We had a two bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the mountain. Fantastic location right in the heart of Interlaken and bus stop right out front. Great view of all the paragliders. Only complaint was the towels were awful. Like - scratchy and small - something you'd find at a low-budget hotel. Really seemed off-brand to have cheap towels at a nice hotel.

The hotel apartment is in great location. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! The Interlaken OST was a kilometer walk away or you could take a bus. Overall great experience. The only thing that bothered us was the quality of the towels . They very very small and thin. On top of that if we needed more towels for the day they charge you 8 Swiss franks . Coming from US that was quite disappointing. There was also no option of early check in . We arrived at 10 am due to an early flight and we had to wait till 4pm to get our room.

Breakfast was not satisfactory. No fruit choices, I wouldnt call it full breakfast. This facility doesnt have an Air conditioner. Also this is not very close to the train station as it claims. Overall I wouldnt stay here.

The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more.
