"I stayed in the Classic Apartment with my husband and daughter. We did not have great communication with the hotel staff. We needed check in details that we received AFTER we had already checked in, even though we had asked for them early that morning. Parking was available...for a cost. "We had a great stay at URBANAUTS #28! The unit was in beautiful and spotless condition, very modern with touches of the ancient in its open beams and exposed brick walls. "This was a wonderful place to stay! It was about a 40-minute walk to the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside and it was very quick to go downtown that way if you don't have a car. There are hiking paths in the huge park nearby and an excellent restaurant across the street serving Slovenian cuisine. "Great hotel, huge family room, very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great, friendly staff, good variety. The location of the hotel is perfect, we walked from the train station when we arrived and also walked to restaurants and If there was one thing that disappointed me was the view from our window… the building across the street had the most dirty windows I ever seen LOL… from the birds sitting on it. Not the hotel’s fault but I wouldn’t get that room for the view. We gave a good laugh at it but I would check with the hotel if your trip is for a special occasion."

"My room was clean, cosy, and comfortable. I only had breakfast once. It was quite busy when I went down but I got seated quickly and the choice of foods was good. The staff were excellent and I was very grateful to check in early after an early flight. One small point to note is the windows are single glazed. I happened to be staying when the marathon was on which meant the city was very noisy at all hours. I was woken up multiple times on Saturday by people partying outside until 4am. I recommend taking ear plugs! "
