Plenty of space and a good area!

We go to Indy every year for a trade show at the convention center, and this is by far my favorite rental, and location in Indy. 10/10 would stay again.

Loved the private garage. The space was clean and neighborhood felt very safe. The only thing I didn’t love but also wouldn’t keep me from staying there again is the dog groomer 20 feet from the master bedroom. If you don’t mind dogs barking (I have three so I’m used to it), it’s probably not the best place for you.

Best booking ever

We enjoyed our stay so much! CJ and Scott made it so easy to communicate with them about any concerns and everything was handled promptly. The house is beautiful from top to bottom. Way more comfortable than the pictures. We did hear the doggy daycare across the street but that wasn’t an issue at all. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We look forward to going back!!

Beautiful property, noisy business next door

The rental property was perfect for our group size. We had 6 adults. House is beautiful and clean. Very nicely updated. The kitchen could use some additional items, a full set of cookware would be good. If you like to sleep in, you might consider somewhere else. There is a doggy day care next door. Each morning of our stay, the dogs barked incessantly from about 545 to 7am. The day care is located directly across the street and has a concrete wall enclosure causing the barking to echo and be very loud.

The cleanliness was what got me from the door... everything was clean!! There's plenty of room and the bedrooms were decent sized, the Master is BIG. Thank you for a wonderful experience for our 1st time in Indy! Only complaint was the refrigerator, and the pillows were awesome
