Summary: 100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy. 3 min walk to Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse 8 Min walk to Lucas Oil Countless restaurants and entertainment near by Lighting speed internet (1 GIG) Free Coffee 1 Free Parking Spot in the Heart of DT -$20/$40 savings per day. Includes Free EV Charge The Space: This loft is great for business travelers as it is quiet and comfortable. It is right next to the convention center and is set up comfortably to work in. Two of the bedrooms are lofts and only accessible via Ladder and have a 4 foot clearance. Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions. Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days. Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 foot. Guest Access: The entire loft is available. The Neighborhood: The Location is in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. Getting Around: You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking. Other Things to Note: . Note: NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Since this property was located within walking distance, it was a perfect choice. The block this was situated on felt safe. The property had two bedrooms and two lofts (with more sleeping space in the living room). Our children loved the lofts! Not so great if you have a curious toddler so keep that in mind when booking. The owner has this property stocked very well—towels, bed linens, soap, shampoo, k-cups, dish washer pods, you name it! The washer and dryer were a huge plus for our family. There are a few clubs/bars nearby that can get a bit noisy at night. We sleep with white noise, so it wasn’t too bad, but definitely worth mentioning. The owner and his helpers were very responsive! Overall, our family loved this property! We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Indy. ##### Jonathan F. Austin was easy to communicate with, and was very helpful during the booking/staying process. The location was great, but having a 3 year old with us wasn’t the wisest choice since it was pretty noisy (from being right downtown). The condo had everything we needed, but it wasn’t the most cleanly we’ve stayed in.
