I quite enjoyed my stay. My room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows. The only thing I would change? I wish the hot water would have been hotter. It was plenty warm but I sometimes like super hot showers. But that's a minor thing. Overall, I definitely recommend.

Upon arrival (which was booked/charged via Expedia) we were asked for a credit card for incidentals which is normal. However, we've been charged for the night's stay through the hotel. It took three tries before getting to a room that wasn't occupied or had issues (room #2 had a running toilet). The hallway on the floor we stayed had an odor to it as did our third room but at that point we didn't want do deal with the front desk/staff any further. The area around the hotel is okay with several dining options but it looks like it has seen better days (restaurant behind the hotel has gone out of business, parking lot over grown).

We enjoyed the room. It was comfortable, clean and equipped with everything we needed. I did wonder how we were to make the coffee, we had everything for coffee except the coffee pot??

The check-in process was smooth, but there were several things that we were upset about. There were signs on the entry doors stating masks were required, but no staff wore masks. The woman checking us in was constantly wiping/messing with her nose and had multiple piercings. We were told that the workout facility was open, but not the pool. This makes no sense. The rooms had weird and terrible smells.

Clean Hotel

Pool was closed & was told the Marriott Nextdoor was too but I went over and it was not closed. So walk over & see for yourself if you need a pool & hottub. But the hotel was very clean.

The staff are so friendly at this Fairfield, the checkin was so simple and the room was very well maintained. The only issue I had was that there was only one ramp for the loading cart for luggage to go down, right at the front entrance. I have a chronic pain disorder and would have appreciated other ramps at the side entrances so I didn’t have to maneuver the cart around vehicles in the parking lot.

The beat goes on all night long.

Great until the elevator went down. Had to walk up to the third floor. Then woke up at 1 am with the beat of bass music. Called front desk to investigate. 20 min later still the same. Called desk again to her apology she new it was coming from the room next door and she would correct it. It Is 1:57 am and the beat will not stop so What better thing to do is write a review since the beat goes on for ever. Need sleep please. What ever happened with curfew for noise in a hotel. Now 2:04 please stop.

The room was very nice, clean, spacious, and had a cozy atmosphere to it. After letting the hotel know that we were going to be checking in late a few hours ahead before, they were very understanding and no problems arised. The bathroom was pleasant and clean.

Quiet stay, pool closed

Quiet stay even on a busy Saturday night. Was disappointed the pool was closed considering several other hotels we recently stayed at were open at full capacity or with eased restrictions.
