Clay was very informative about the villa and very easy to reach when needed, there is a giant jetted tub in the basement a great shower on the main level with 104 degree water! I dont really have anything to add to the con list, if you want peace and still a block away from some great restaurants and pubs this is your go to VRBO, I will say the neighbors to the left looking from the road absolutely do everything in there power not to hinder your staythey turn the lights out in the rear yard after they go inside, I plan on returning and I want at least a week ,GREAT neighbors great VRBO the villa at the village is one you do not want to miss! ##### Allen H.
