"Our stay was very nice. However the second night a VERY loud noise from the guest laundry was heard at 3 am. A workman got it turned off. This repeated 3 times waking us from sleep. We were offered another room. We refused. As it would be quite a job moving everything to another floor. We wanted to get back tp sleep. Thanks"
