Summary:  
Esta hermosa propiedad se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para desconectar y relajarte. Con wifi, Smart TV dos terrazas, jacuzzi y asador podrás disfrutar de las vistas y la naturaleza en cada momento. Ubicada a solo 10 minutos del centro de Avándaro, tendrás la combinación perfecta de tranquilidad y acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y actividades al aire libre. Ven y vive una experiencia inolvidable en un entorno natural, donde el confort y la tranquilidad se unen. ¡Esperamos recibirte!  
  
The Space:  
La casa cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con televisión, conexión wifi de alta velocidad, cocina completamente equipada, un comedor exterior en la terraza superior, tres habitaciones con clóset, tres baños completos, un jacuzzi privado, asador, un comedor en la planta baja y acceso al jardín. Además, hay dos lugares de estacionamiento en el condominio de los cuales pueden disponer.  
  
Guest Access:  
Nuestro equipo les hará entrega de la llave del acceso principal y de la puerta de la casa en la que se hospedarán. Es importante notificar su hora de entrada estimada con anticipación para poder coordinar su llegada  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Contamos con lavadora y secadora compartida bajo solicitud. También podemos ayudarles a coordinar servicios adicionales como son limpieza, cocina, masajes, renta de razers y lanchas, mismos que estarán sujetos a disponibilidad.  
  
Calentar el jacuzzi tiene un costo de recuperación de $500 pesos por día. Se acuerda una hora y la temperatura del jacuzzi se eleva a 38°C para que puedan disfrutar del mismo.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Estamos disponibles a través de la plataforma de Airbnb o llamadas para situaciones urgentes. El resto de las atenciones las podrá brindar nuestro personal en sitio
