가격대비 최악(스위트룸 기준)
스위트룸에서 묵었었는데 최악이었어요. 와인잔,기본컵, 가위 같은 물품이 없는 건 그렇다 쳐도 호텔측으로 전화해도 안받으시더라고요. 객실 내 써져있던 070으로 시작하는 번호 및 네이버에서 조회되는 번호 둘 다 해봤는데 안받았고요. 침대가 매우 더러웠어요. 무슨 빨간색 얼룩이 있던데 찜찜해서 그 자리에 누울 수가 없었어요. 일반 객실도 아니고 스위트룸인데 이 객실만의 장점을 모르겠네요. 한파때는 스파이용이 제한된다지만 한파가 아니었음에도 불구하고 스파시설을 이용할 수 없었습니다. 게다가 호텔자체가 엘레베이터 이용이 너무 불편했어요 하 진짜 사진 첨부하고 싶은데 pc버전이나 모바일 둘 다 올릴수가 없네요.pc는 올바르지 않은 사이즈라 뜨고 모바일은 걍 눌러도 응답이 없고 답답...
