Bandai Meito Resort Bonari no Mori
A bit of difficulty when it came to conversing in Japanese as we are foreigners but overall was a great stay with good service. The onsen experience was nice. Note that they have a curfew from 10pm to 5am as they do not have electronic key cards implemented for coming in and going out.

施設自体は素晴らしかったです。 しかし予約後に電話問い合わせしたさいの 窓口対応が大変不快かつ迷惑なものでした。 （時間予告なく３０分保留で待たせる・・・） もう少し社会常識的な電話対応を 指導してください。 施設自体と管理事務所の職員様の 応対は素晴らしかったです。
