The best time to go to Inahuaya is during the dry season, which runs from May to October.During these months, you'll experience less rainfall and lower humidity, making it more comfortable for exploring the Amazon rainforest and its waterways. The river levels are also generally lower, which can make certain trails more accessible and wildlife viewing along the riverbanks more frequent. This period is ideal for those planning activities like jungle treks, boat trips, and birdwatching.Couples looking for a comfortable and adventurous escape will find the dry season particularly appealing. The clearer skies and more predictable weather allow for uninterrupted excursions and better opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of the region, from spotting monkeys to navigating the calm waters of the Ucayali River.Families travelling with children will also appreciate the drier conditions. Outdoor activities are less likely to be disrupted by heavy downpours, making it easier to plan and enjoy excursions like guided nature walks or visits to local communities.
