"The hotel staff is a key for guests. One of the front staffs was excellent because she has memorized my name by meeting with me once. By calling my name politely l felt at home to stay at the hotel. Old school comfort
"Great service. Great institution. Our room was a little dated but that brought a kind of retro charm. Fittings were clearly state of the art when they were installed. We had a smoking room so I wonder if the non smoking rooms might have more contemporary fittings."
