Sehr saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gartenführung durch der sehr schönen Garten mit vielerlei verschiedenen Pflanzen und Früchten mit welchen uns der Vermieter immer wieder erfreute. Auch die Tipps zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung waren klasse. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wofür die Unterkunft nichts kann, ist die Strasse zur Unterkunft. Sie ist teilweise sehr schmal und hat enge Kurven. Mit einem größeren Auto lauern Herausforderungen, vor allem wenn auch noch Gegenverkehr einem entgegen kommt. Reisetipps: Da Frankreich nicht weit weg ist können die Städte Menton, Cannes, Monte Carlo und Nizza als Tagestripp erkundet werden. Super die Gartenführung von P., sehr weitläufiges Grundstück mit exotischen Pflanzen (Bananenstaude). Wege zum Haus eng, es gibt keine breiten Wege in Liguriens Hängen. Wohnungen sind modern und sauber, Ausstattung in Küche ist ausreichend. Betten in Schlafzimmern ok. Zusatzbetten nicht für Bandscheibenpatient. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Entgegen der Beschreibung im Internet hatten wir sogar eine Mikrowelle und eine eigene Waschmaschine in der Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieter sind supernett. DerVermieter hat mit uns eine Führung durch seinen wunderschönen Garten gemacht. Als wir mit unserem Kleinen in die Notaufnahme mussten, hat uns die Vermieterin ins Krankenhaus begleitet und hat für uns übersetzt, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Die Verständigung mit den Vermieterin auf Englisch oder Französisch funktionierte sehr gut. Reisetipps: Empfehlenswert ist Cervo, eine wunderhübsches Städtchen, das sich hoch über das Meer erhebt (ca. 10 km von Imperia). Tolle Aussicht! Die Gassen sind meist steil, viele Stufen. Mit Kleinkindern ist dort eine Kraxe praktischer als ein Buggy. Badestrand für Familien: Uns hat der frei zugängliche Strand in Riva am besten gefallen (großer Sandstrand mit flachem Wassereinstieg). Auf dem dahinterliegenden Parkplatz haben wir immer einen Platz gefunden. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück in einem kleinen Ort oberhalb von Imperia (ca. 10 Minuten über schmale, kurvige Straße). Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Besitzer machte sogar eine Führung durch seinen Obst– und Gemüsegarten mit uns. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe hergerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sehr geräumig und sauber. Die meiste Zeit saßen wir sowieso im Garten und genossen die Ruhe. Im gleichen Gebäude gibt es noch eine Fewo im Erdgeschoss, mit der man sich den Rasen teilt, und zwei im Obergeschoss, die eigene Terrassen haben. Im Ort gibt es eine kleinen Laden bei dem man Brötchen kaufen kann. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Was noch schön gewesene wäre, wäre eine Schaukel, Rutsche, Sandkasten oder ähnliches als Zeitvertreib für unsere Tochter. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung keine Rundwege, sodass wir mit unserem Hund immer die selbe Straße rauf und runter laufen mussten. Reisetipps: Info für Hundebesitzer:Leider gibt es in der Region keine schönen Strände an denen Hunde erlaubt sind. Es gibt in Porto Maurizio zwei kleine Steinstrände, die nicht schön sind. In Alassio gibt es zwei Hundestrände, die aber SEHR teuer sind (ca. 40 € pro Tag). Einer davon (ZeroBeach) besteht auch fast nur aus Steinen und der andere (Baba Beach) hat zumindest etwas Sandstrand (und Steine).
