Also the 2 bathrooms were practical. Porto Maurizio has many beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars but we liked the harbor the most (many small and big boats). Die Lage ist wundervoll, mit Blick über die Altstadt und über das weite Meer. Die Bilder in der Anzeige versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig und bietet alles, was man brauchen kann. Man kann dort sehr gut selbst kochen und auf der Terrasse essen und den Abend genießen. Wenn man das angesichts der zahlreichen tollen Lokale überhaupt möchte ;-) Die Orga/Abwicklung ist unproblematisch. Bei uns ging während eines starken Windes das Sonnensegel kaputt, aber auch das wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit geregelt. Der Parkplatz ist wichtig und vorhanden. ##### Markus B. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr ordentlich und gut eingerichtet vorgefunden. Neben einem Kleiderschrank in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer verfügt die Wohnung über einen begehbaren Schrank inkl. Schuhschränke - perfekt, um alles unterzubringen. Die gut eingerichtete Küche verfügt ebenfalls über viel Platz, ausreichenden Stauraum und ein tolles Panoramafenster. Die Terrasse lädt zum chillen ein - es gibt 4 Liegestühle mit Auflagen, Terrassenmöbel und einen Sonnenschutz. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter. ##### Petra L. Gut war auch, dass man zu Fuß in 20 MInuten beim Dom in Porto Maurizio war, der Heimweg war allerdings etwas anstrengend wg des steilen Aufstiegs. Weniger gut war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, da die Schlüsselbox nicht funktioniert hat und wir erst nach einigem Hin und Her in die Wohnung gelangt sind - man kann nicht von jedem erwarten, dass er WhatsApp hat! Wir hatten im Vorfeld keine Information darüber erhalten, wie man in das Appartement gelangt und mussten mehrmals vor Ort mit den Vermietern telefonieren, was eher unerfreulich war. Auf dem Balkon konnte man tagsüber gar nicht sein, da es keinen richtigen Sonnenschutz gibt, das vorhandene Sonnendach war nicht gut befestigt und vom Wind beschädigt. Die Küche könnte einen Tick besser ausgestattet sein in Bezug auf Kochutensilien. In den Bädern gibt es keinerlei Haken zum Sachen aufhängen und in einem Bad roch es stark nach dem Abfluss. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, kann einen der Sound des Strassenverkehrs stören, der von unten ständig zu hören ist. Trotz allen kleinen Mängeln haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.... ##### Stephan W. Keukeninventaris is erg beperkt, maar voldoende voor 4 personen. Er waren geen ovenspullen aanwezig. De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe en zakken enorm door. De weg naar de woning is stijl, maar prima te doen. Het contact met de eigenaar is erg moeizaam en helemaal toen wij een vervelende vieze ontdekking deden.... Na thuiskomst ook geen contact met de eigenaar te krijgen. En niets meer gehoord op diverse mailtjes en appjes. Heel jammer en vervelend. ##### Anita v. Eine absolut atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Imperia. Übrigens auch bei Nacht. Ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Wohnung ist tipp-topp sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und Küche/Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet (selbst ein Induktionskochfeld). Auf der großzügig geschnittenen Terrasse gibt es 4 Liegestühle mit Auflagen und ein guter und stabiler Pavillon gegen die Sonne. Darunter ein großer Holztisch mit 4 Stühlen. Grill ist auch vorhanden (hatten wir aber gar nicht benutzt). Die Privatstraße zum Haus ist teilweise recht steil und kurvig - ein überdachter Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen. ##### Michael R. Sehr gute Lage. Doch ein paar dinge gefielen nicht: Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sollten ausgewechselt werden. Der Weg dahin (2km) ist sehr eng und steil, jedoch mit einem Kleinwagen akzeptabel. Die Fotos und Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung haben nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick war ein angenehmer Rückzugsort vom quirligen Strand- und Ortsleben. Die Nähe zu San Remo, Monaco und Nizza haben wir für Ausflüge genutzt. Zu empfehlen unsererseits ist noch eine schöne Radtour entlang des Meeres (auf der stillgelegten Bahntrasse). Gerne wieder. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am Ende einer Privatstraße ganz oben am Hügel. Von der Terrasse, die sehr großzügig geschnitten ist, bietet sich ein unvergleichlicher Blick auf Imperia und das Meer. Die Terrasse ist mit 4 Liegen und einem großen Tisch gut ausgestattet. Für die Liegen sind auch Auflagen vorhanden. Leider war es immer sehr windig, so dass wir den Sonnenschirm nicht aufspannen konnten. Dann ist die Terrasse (August) erst ab 16:00 Uhr nutzbar. Die Wohnung war insgesamt gut geschnitten und völlig in Ordnung. Zu erwähnen ist vielleicht auch, dass das Internet sehr schnell ist. Aufgrund der Lage, oben am Hügel, ist ein Auto erforderlich, um einzukaufen oder zum Meerr und in den Ort zu kommen. Wir geben nur vier von fünf Sternen, da wir uns in der Küche etwas mehr Geschirr/Utensilien gewünscht hätten. So gab es leider nur 1 Rotweinglas, keinen Toaster, kein Brotkörbchen und keine Platte/Brett für Käse oder Aufschnitt. Leider war auch die Klimaanlage im Wohnraum/Küche defekt. Die beiden Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen funktionierten aber einwandfrei. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Met een grotere auto is het een avontuur de berg te beklimmen, eenmaal boven toch nog wat trappen te beklimmen, afrader voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, dit staat namelijk nergens vermeld. Jul 2, 2018 #### Tolle Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick über Altstadt und Meer Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung zwei tolle Urlaubswochen verbracht. Da die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht eher untypisch für Porto Maurizio / Imperia ist, möchten wir weiteren Interessenten mit unseren Erfahrungen helfen: Vorteile: - atemberaubender Blick über Altstadt und Meer - sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (1 Bad, 1 Duschbad, HWR, viel Wohnraum) - relativ neuwertig und modern - Klimaanlage vorhanden (auch wenn wir sie nicht viel brauchten) - tolle und große Terrasse (sogar mit Grill, den wir allerdings nicht nutzten) - sehr ruhige Lage - recht gut geschützter, überdachter Stellplatz - sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter Nachteile: - man muss gut zu Fuß sein und gerne laufen, denn es geht vom Meer aus etwa 1 km zT steil bergauf (für uns kein Malus, aber das muss nicht für alle gelten) - vergleichsweise teuer Fazit: Qualität ist reichlich vorhanden (Lage, Größe, Ausstattung), hat aber auch ihren Preis. Wenn man zu viert ist, würde ich die Wohnung immer nehmen. Da wir zu zweit reisen, ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ein etwas anderes, insofern hängt eine Wiederholung für uns von den Alternativen ab. Falsch macht man mit der Wohnung aber nichts ! ##### Markus B.
