Resort Inn Murata
The room was clean, the bathroom and shower were a bit run down but usable. If you plan to ski or eat at Nozawa Onsen it makes it very difficult. The first shuttle from Togario Onsen to Nozawa is at 9:24am and the last one was o round 4pm. No taxi after 6, so you cannot eat dinner in Nozawa staying ...

Kamish Lodge at Iiyama Building No 1 Accommoda / Iiyama Nagano
Single night only but found it to be a great location if travelling by car. Plenty of space and good facilities (couldn't get the cooker to work though). We'd stay again for longer next time.
